THE WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.
The K--- disappoints the wishes of his subjects.
The subjects despise their K---.
The boys beat their Master.
The wife wears the breeches.
The husband carries the fan and horns.
The horse carries the ass.
The fool is made a privy counsellor.
The wise man is banished.
Fornication ride virtue, and lives in palaces.
Virtue begs for bread, and starves.
Soldiers paint their faces.
Sailors wear chicken-skin gloves.
Evil destroys royalty.
And quite athwart goes all decorum.
